Refund policy
We offer returns and exchanges for all customers within 14 days of receiving their order.
If you want to return an item, please fill out the customer service form with the order number & the reason of your return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returns if they are not registered with us!
We accept exchanges or returns for products that are unworn, unused, and undamaged, provided they are returned in their original LOUMI packaging within 14 days from the delivery date.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. LOUMI is not liable for any damage or loss of returned items.
Non-returnable items
For hygienic reasons, all pierced earrings are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
We don’t accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically within 14 business days, excluding the original shipping costs. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items warranty
Every item we sell includes an 8-week warranty starting from the delivery date. This warranty covers factory defects and damage not caused by improper use. We will check carefully to see if the damage was caused by misuse.
